Before You Book


 

In addition to admission to all cruise concerts, the price of your room also includes:

  • Round trip cruise from Port of Miami to Nassau, Bahamas
  • All meals (there's gourmet fare in the formal dining rooms, casual indoor and outdoor grills open for meals throughout the day).
  • Non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee).
  • Use of the ship's beautiful pool and hot tubs* (all with plenty of deck space to enjoy a cocktail and some great music).
  • Use of the Norwegian Jade's amenities such as: casino, health and fitness center, full-size sports court, video arcade, and more. 
  • Norwegian's Youth Program facilities and activities if you're bringing children.**
  • Taxes, port charges and ticketing are added at check-out and pre-paid by you ($225.00 per person).


* Due to stage placement and weather conditions, some pools and hot tubs may be closed for safety during the cruise.
**From time to time, adjustments are made to children’s program hours and locations as required by our scheduled activities.


Not included are:

  • Gratuities (vary from $13.99-$16.99 per person, per day based on cabin selection as shown here.)
  • Gambling.
  • Spa.
  • Alcoholic beverages. (Learn more about the various alcohol packages available for purchase along with onboard beverage savings just for PARAHOY! 2018 guests.)
  • Soft drinks & bottled water. (However, a packages are available for a low price.)
  • While many restaurants on board are FREE, some Specialty Restaurants you choose to go to require a cover charge. (Pricing for each can be found here.)
  • $7.95 Room Service Convenience charge.
  • Any meals, events or tours in the port.
  • Pre-cruise or post-cruise hotels - see our Hotels page for details.
  • Airfare.
  • Ground transportation.
  • Travel insurance (available through Sixthman).

Earliest Booking Times (EBT) are non-transferable, so to use an EBT, the Lead Passenger (LP) must book the stateroom and remain the Lead Passenger for the duration of the event. 
Because the Lead Passenger owns the reservation, any changes to this passenger are subject to a Lead Passenger change fee of $299, and will require a signed Reservation Change Form. No lead passenger changes are permitted after January 8, 2018 OR once the event is on a waiting list -- whichever comes first.

**MINORS: You Are the Only Exception.
The only exception to this rule is for guests who will be under 18 (as of 4/6/18) who have received a booking time. Minors must have a LP over the age of 21. You may use the minor’s booking time, but the adult will be named as the LP at the time of booking. We’ll still apply the $299 LP change fee if you switch out the LP at a later date.

  • Friday, April 6, 2018 - Port of Miami (approx. 3:30pm ET)
  • Saturday, April 7 - Day At Sea
  • Sunday, April 8 - Nassau, Bahamas (8am to 5:30pm)
  • Monday, April 9 - Day At Sea
  • Tuesday, April 10 - Port of Miami (approx. 8:00am ET)

Can the itinerary change?
Though it is rarely necessary, Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to adverse weather, safety concerns, port closings, or mechanical issues. Sixthman works closely with Norwegian to preserve the scheduled itinerary and will communicate any changes to guests at the earliest opportunity.

Our artists are excited to join you on board for the whole event. However, there may be some cases where they must join us during the trip or depart early due to schedule or family commitments.

When booking flights we recommend that you arrive in Miami no later than 12:00pm, or in Ft. Lauderdale no later than 11:00am on April 6th. Return flights should be arranged to leave Miami after 12:00pm on April 10th, or leave Ft Lauderdale after 1:00pm.

**Please allow additional time for customs clearance for international flights.

Paid In Full Discount*:  Reservations made through August 8, 2017 that are paid in full within 72 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off cabin fare. The Paid In Full Discount will only apply if the entire cabin is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

Youth Discount: Children 3-14 years at time of sailing will receive a $99 youth discount. Children 6 months - 2 years at time of sailing will be charged only taxes and fees if booked as third/fourth/fifth guest or receive a $99 youth discount if booked as the second guest.

Military Discount*: Guests who are active or retired military are eligible to receive a 5% discount off cabin fare for the entire cabin. To receive this discount, please email one of the following items below to parahoy@sixthman.net after your reservation has been confirmed.  Please blacken out your social security number before sending.

  • Copy of the military LES (Leave and Earning Statement)
  • Copy of military retirement papers (DD214 or DD256)
  • Copy of proof of honorable discharge (Form DD214)
  • Proof for Cadets: A letter from his/her Commander or a copy of a military pay stub.

Norwegian will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the Access Desk or accessdesk@ncl.com with a medical certificate establishing your due date prior to the cruise.

Infants under six months of age are not eligible for travel on Norwegian ships.

A fixed service charge will be added to your onboard spending account in the amount of $13.99 per person per day for interiors, ocean views, balconies and mini-suites and $16.99 per person per day for all suites.

The reason there's a fixed service charge is an important one: the ship crew is encouraged to work together as a team. Staff members including restaurant staff, stateroom stewards and behind-the-scenes support staff are compensated by a combination of salary and incentive programs that your service charge supports.

Additionally, an 18% auto-gratuity charge will be applied for some other onboard services and experiences. These include, but are not limited to, beverage purchases (alcohol and non-alcoholic as well as ALL beverage packages), specialty dining packages, alcohol tastings, and spa and salon services.

While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these minimum service gratuities are agreed to be paid by you upon booking your stateroom.

PARAHOY! 2018 is run “festival style,” with multiple shows going on simultaneously. All of these shows are general admission, so you’re welcome to come and go as you wish!

There are performances where capacity is limited, however the artists perform multiple times during the cruise.

The exact performance schedule will be released HERE prior to the cruise, but count on each band playing multiple times with festival scheduling and multiple shows occurring on multiple stages!

If you reserve your cabin during the pre-sale (by June 9th, 2017), you will have access to an acoustic mini-set by Paramore in the ship's main theater. Your spot at the show will be determined based the day/time you book your cabin.

DOUBLE STATEROOMS:

  • Interior, Ocean View and Balcony Staterooms: have two single beds that can be converted to a queen.
  • Suites with double occupancy have either a queen or king bed.


TRIPLE STATEROOMS:

  • Interior, Ocean View and Balcony Staterooms: Sleeping accommodations are 2 twin beds that convert to 1 Queen bed and 1 upper bed.  Same as interior quad photo below, but without the lower middle bed.
  • Mini-Suites:  Third and fourth guests are accommodated by 1 double sleeper sofa (great for kids!).  See example here.


QUAD STATEROOMS:
